A charming spring concert featuring a variety of choir singing styles.
Femmeuse sings both well-known and lesser-known pieces in various languages and from different stylistic periods ranging from the early 16th century to the present day. They perform both a cappella and accompanied pieces, with a strong emphasis on enjoyment in singing as well as maintaining high quality. This fosters a strong sense of camaraderie within the choir, and they joyfully sing together at a high musical standard.
A significant number of pieces are arranged by the conductor himself, making this repertoire unique to Femmeuse. Additionally, the variety within a program, alternating between old and new music, makes this choir distinctive and ensures that each rehearsal and concert offers a pleasant mix of musical styles.
