Normality No More is a unique performance that challenges the concept of normality. Three top companies take you into a neurodiverse world of experience, blurring the boundaries between normal and strange, spectator and participant. It invites you to reflect on your place within the neurodiverse spectrum.
The performance deconstructs and reinterprets Schubert's Winterreise. In the original, the protagonist takes a lonely winter journey after the loss of his beloved, seeking inner peace but tormented by memories.
In Normality No More, modern dance, musical theatre and classical music merge to create a new version. It celebrates the divergent brain and calls for understanding and empathy for people who experience the world differently.
