The Bibliomaniac Fantasy Festival, organized by Limestone Books, is a two-day event on the theme of 'alternative libraries' as an artistic intervention within the city. The festival marks the creation of a 'community library' with participants from different communities in Maastricht. Artists, researchers and librarians from all over the Netherlands working with similar 'in-between libraries and archives' are invited to share their experiences. The program includes several lectures, workshops, dinners and film screenings, focusing on the power of artistic interventions in books and truimte to strengthen communities.
