Maison Haas Hustinx & Spa

Maison Haas Hustinx & Spa, Maastricht

Situated right on the Vrijthof square, the two neighboring art nouveau houses are the former residences of Madame Haas and Monsieur Hustinx which have been welcoming culture and guests since 1920.

Maison Haas Hustinx is housed in two monumental buildings constructed in 1920, overlooking the Vrijthof square. The 17 rooms were built & restored with great respect to the historical site, and furnished with modern amenities. In 2020, a new, seamlessly designed structure was erected behind the historical houses offering a glass conservatory breakfast area as well as a sustainable spa sanctuary.

Housed in the hotel’s modern annex is the spa of Maison Haas Hustinx. A quiet sanctuary hiding on the Vrijthof. It includes a pool, sauna, hammam, and booth for meditation, confession, or prayer; a place to practice one’s own ways to spiritual wellness. Enjoy a therapeutic experience in the new treatment room. Explore our aromatherapy body treatments and skin rejuvenating facials.

The new Levantine eatery SAFAR completes the final stage of Maison Haas Hustinx. Paying tribute to the journeys of Alphons Hustinx, Safar comes from the Arabic word travel. The curated menu offers levantine classic dishes, inspired by honest cooking and simplicity, to expose the true nature of ingredients.
