In this workshop, you will learn how to bake a vlaai yourself.
It was long a tradition: on Fridays, many Limburg mothers baked vlaai for the big and small guests who visited over the weekend. Nowadays, hardly anyone is skilled in that art anymore. While it's actually not that difficult.
In the vlaai baking workshop, we revive that old art. You can choose from two or three fillings. Will your vlaai have a lid or a traditional lattice pattern? Once your own vlaai is in the oven, we serve coffee with delicious, truly Limburgse vlaai.
