On the shortest day of the year, The Short Film Day will be celebrated with a special compilation programme of the best Dutch short films of the past year, all with English subtitles.
The programme includes five films:
- Marleen by Jop Leuven, a story about relationships and self-discovery
- City of Poets by Sara Rajaei, a documentary about a city and its history
- Moustache by Idriss Nabil, about a boy in search of a replacement father
- Skroll by Marten Visser, an animated film about another dimension
- January by Jetske Lieber, a coming-of-age drama about heartbreak and self-discovery
