The Saint Servatius Basilica does not want to let Christmas pass by quietly: in front of the altar the traditional, large Christmas group can be admired and the building garden (in the open air) is fully decorated with a large nativity scene, cozy lights and Christmas trees. In addition, the Basilica presents a selection of nativity scenes from Ruud Verheggen's collection: no traditional representations with classic Joseph and Mary figures and lots of moss, but creations from all over the world. Artistically crafted from, for example, resin, porcelain, shell or brass.
